Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our studio. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our booking policies below. Appointment Booking A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments. Online bookings may require a deposit for color services or extensions. Deposits are applied toward your final service total. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within the notice window may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrival Policy Please contact me if you are running late. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment to avoid impacting other guests. Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show. No-Show Policy Missing an appointment without notice results in a no-show fee. Outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments. Continued no-shows may result in booking restrictions or refusal of future services. Service Adjustments Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss a possible adjustment appointment. Refunds are not offered on completed services. Children & Guests For safety and relaxation, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless prior arrangements are made. Payment Methods We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Policy Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our salon policies.
